This year, in addition to the AGM, we have arranged, through our sponsor, a family club evening at Wokefield Mansion House. This includes a 2-course hot buffet dinner followed by a quiz from our very own Quiz Master.
The Maple Bar wiill be open in the Mansion House from 7.00pm with the AGM starting at 7.30pm. Guests are welcome to continue using the bar and it’s facilities whilst the meeting takes place or can choose to arrive later. It is anticipated the AGM will finish at approx. 8.30pm and the food will be available from this time and will be followed by the quiz.
The costs for the event are as follows;
AGM only – no charge
2-course hot buffet & quiz - £12.00 per person
(children under 10 – dinner FoC)
(food will not be available on the night to those who have not booked in advance)
