T&TCC is committed to ensuring that the club provides a safe,
friendly and enjoyable experience for children and vulnerable adults by
adopting and implementing the ECB's "Safe Hands - Welfare of Young
People in Cricket" policy and any future versions of the policy.

OBJECTIVES

GOALS

To provide the facilities and infrastructure to play cricket and to promote an interest in the game in the wider community so as to secure the long term future of the club.
To be a successful playing club, playing cricket at the highest level, whilst retaining strong links and relations with the local community.
Through a strong relationship with the local schools and the wider community, develop and maintain a strong youth section.
To have a pro-active relationship within the communities of Theale and Tilehurst and be regarded as an asset by them.

For T&TCC to be a respected and valued member of the Thames Valley Cricket League.
1st XI playing in TVCL Division 3 by the start of 2013 season.
2nd XI playing in TVCL Division 4 by the start of 2015 season.
3rd XI playing in TVCL Division 7 by the start of 2014 season.
Extra XI playing regular cricket by the start of 2014 season.
Youth teams at u9, u11, u13, u15 & u17 by start of 2012 season.
