Some basic directions - When driving along the A38 towards Plymouth (approx. 10 miles north of Plymouth) you can see a "little chef" restaurant in the distance on the left hand side at the top of a hill. Before the little chef is a left exit. Take the exit, drive past behind the "little chef" and the Smithaleigh is approx 200 yards on the left. Holbeton CC, could not find post code. However, the ground is very difficult to find even with a post code (located about 300 yards down a dirt track). Those not toured to Devon before should follow those who have been there. We will have lunch at the smithaleigh. MondayWhitchurch CC, post code PL19 9ED Lunch will be in the Whitchurch Inn, post code PL19 9ED (about 400 yards before the cricket ground on the main road through village) TuesdayCornwood CC, post code PL21 9RP Those going to golf in the morning will probably have lunch at the golf course. Those not going to golf will have a choice of meeting at the golf course for lunch or finding another location. The golf course is Sparkwell and the post code is PL7 5DF WednesdayFeniton CC, post code EX14 3DY. Basic directions are: Turn off the new A30 from Exeter-Honiton at Pattesons Cross. Keep on this road until you reach Feniton Railway Station, go across the level crossing, turn immediately right into Station road. Ground is 200 yards aong this road on the left. Lunch will be at www.hareandhounds-devon.co.uk , post code EX10 0QQ. We will probably drop our luggage off at the Turks Head Lodge on the way to the Hare and Hounds. Details below www.turksheadlodge.co.uk , post code EX14 1BQ ThursdayFarley CC, post code SP5 1AH. Lunch will be in the Hook and Glove pub, post code SP5 1AB. This pub is situated about half a mile from the Farley CC ground off the main road through the village.
